Updated physical file location info. for uploaded files

Jonathan Cooper requested to merge CEHCIG-810-file-location-incomplete into develop

The Physical Location posted to Plone for each uploaded file's plone page now has the path changes required (including the UID). Here's what it looks like when Plone is successfully updated:
