Fix issues in copying fields from service agreement to document

  • Don't sync the formats any more
  • Sync the ISO 19115 topic categories as well as the other keywords
  • Ensure that all UKCEH emails are replaced by enquiries@ceh.ac.uk, not just the main point of contact
