DCDEV-91- adding record_type and doc_title to metrics tables

Edited syncDB scheduled task to the doc_title and record_type info, including adding helper method Added new updateDB scheduled task and helper method in order check current title and type for each doc and update that into the views and downloads tables Fixed breaking tests Need to add more tests and do more testing
