Remove ServiceAgreementEditorView override behaviour DCDEV-31

Iain Walmsley requested to merge DCDEV-31-warning-on-save into develop

ServiceAgreementEditorView has been overriding the default behaviour for EditorView which watches the model and only warns if the model has been changed. Wasn't able to establish a reason for this (may be a hangover from changes to the EditorView not being reflected here), so simply using the default EditorView behaviour.
