Monitoring facility location displayed on metadata page

The location of a monitoring facility is displayed on the metadata page.

To try it locally:

• localhost:8080/osdp/documents
• Create > Monitoring Facility
• add a minimum of title and draw a polygon or add a point on the map
• Save
• Exit

You should now be viewing a monitoring facility metadata record with your location drawn.
