Editor errors

Rod Scott requested to merge EDS-3362-editor-errors into develop
  • Pulled in jQueryUI css to fix Keyword picker autocomplete styling
  • Fixed date picker rendering allowing removal of Moment library
  • Fixed many views that extend ObjectInputView and didn't call the its initalize function

There is an outstanding issue with TemporalExtentView that the date picker doesn't display, but can still just type date in input box.
