Normalise all files to "Linux format"

Hey Rod,

This is maybe a more controversial merge request but it's been bugging me for a while now.

The codebase as it stands contains a mix of Linux and Windows style line endings, which isn't generally a problem but can be annoying when viewing diffs and such. It also just conceptually bothers me.

As far as I'm aware, nobody develops the catalogue on Windows any more, so merging this in would rid us of the mix and leave things nicely targeted at Linux. If there are some Windows developers still, there is a follow-up commit I can add which should let everything work nicely.
