Change elter catalogue logo URL on request

Will Bolton requested to merge elter-url-change into develop

A very quick one - this was requested by Christoph at EAA. I didn't actually build these changes since they're small so IF this isn't how you change the URL clicking the logo points to (from reading the code I was fairly sure it was...) then let me know and I'll update.
