Add some new metadata fields to UkemsDocument

Joshua Holland requested to merge dukems-146-add-metadata-fields into develop

The ident field references the identifier used in ERDDAP, and emissionComponent specifies whether the dataset is activity data, emissions data, or emission factors. I expect other metadata (such as chemical species and sector) to go into the keywords field, although we may need to pull it out separately to enable semantic capabilities.
