Initial configuration of Service Agreement Solr core with: dataIdentifier, depositorName, depositReference, eidcName & title

Re-organised packages to make it clearer, moved code out of services which was just a huge bucket:

• document reading and writing documents
• indexing split into different types of indexer
• catalogue information about catalogues
• citation
