Updates to model metadata

Philip Trembath requested to merge PHTR_UpdatesToErammpModel into develop

Added to ceh-model:

  • bounding box
  • OnlineLink
  • ResponsibleParty
  • input & output variables
  • changed some "select" inputs to typeLists

These are to change some data from plain text into more structured data. (hopefully!) They are non-breaking changes as I have left the original attributes in place. Once the changes have been published, those original attributes will need to be deleted.
