EDS-127 fix move

Luke Preston requested to merge EDS-127-fix-move into develop
  • It will now throw an error before moving if the file does not exist
  • When an error has occurred in the browser it will call the validate endpoint
  • The validate endpoint will now redirect correctly
  • There is a message around the validate button explaining more about it
