Eidchelp 22795 restrict field editing

The following fields of a Gemini record in edit mode are now disabled for a namedUser, but remain enabled for users with the Editor or Publisher role:

resourceStatus funding onlineAvailablility resourceIdentifiers parentIdentifier repositoryMembership (removed completely) revisionOf Service WebMapService

Also, the sortable parts of Service and WebMapService in the UI (ie the bits you can drag and drop to change their order, such as attributes and buckets) has been disabled for namedUsers only.

This gif shows first the enabled fields for the superadmin, then half way through switches to the named user called 'readonly' to show the disabled fields - it also tries to illustrate the disabled UI sorting on the Services and Web Map Services:
