EIDCAPPSUP 8189

  • updating physicalLocation as per the ticket
  • resourceType is now dataResource which is a new resourceType
  • upload documents are no longer indexed, hence not searchable
  • cannot move if there are invalid files
  • was accidentally including hash files which it shouldn't have been doing, then marking them as invalid
