Fix ability to add a new ObservationCapability to an OSDP Monitoring Facility.

In ObjectInputViewForObjects.coffee need to be able to deal with attributes that are either simple strings or objects.

In ObservationCapabilityView.coffee needed to ensure objects exist that the template expects.

Wanted to try and test the Modify method but could no get the code to trigger a change in the input value, have left the code in as a reminder and to try later.
