Eidchelp 21396 metadata tweaks

Slight metadata tweaks:

  • some changes to schema.org template as per datacite recommendations
  • embeded schema.org into gemini html page as per datacite recommendations
  • added element to html header
  • changed display format of embargo date
  • made resourceType and resourceStatus mandatory for Gemini records
  • updated gemini xml template to add "no restrictions apply" option
  • few other tiny changes
