Ec 208 seasonal images

Jonathan Cooper requested to merge EC-208-seasonal-images into master
  • Seasonal menu allows user to display the correct images on the map now that the images have been generated and mounted on the SAN.
  • The hydromodels enabled in the menu are indicator specific - only groundwater doesn't use all hydromodels.
  • A suite of testing has been added to ensure the correct codes are generated for the user's selection of hydromodels and gcms/scms.
