Added a work around to the transparency issue

The only way I could find to remove the transparency issue, was to introduce a small programmatic zoom of the map 'after' the raw image had finished being processed. This does mean that the first time you open the app (or move between climate-change and seasonal maps), you will see a brief zooming in to Europe - I like to think of it as a feature.
