Reduced list of indicators in seasonal forecast

Jonathan Cooper requested to merge EC-139-reduce-seasonal-indicators into master

Just have 7 indicators to choose from in the seasonal forecast now. @mfry suggested there were 9 in the Jira issue, but only 7 were given.
