Added title with location and date information to the seasonal chart

This adds a title to the seasonal chart. It contains the current location and date information. It updates dynamically with changes in the location and date.

The title does not contain the indicator as suggested in the jira issue. This is because some indicators have exceedingly long names and will appear in the map title as part of issue EC-140 anyway - so we would be creating redundant verbose information on the app.
