Added required label to seasonal chart and restyled

I re-styled to the seasonal chart, it is now now a bit smaller, smaller font, less white space (margins were pretty big), new label and existing legend styled to look the same and discrete (in their own boxes). This is what it looks like - importantly, the label required for this issue is next to the observed values as required):
