Feature/ec 117 remove dummy hydromodels

Dummy hydromodels removed and don't appear in the drop down on seasonal or climate-change pages.

Also - when month is changed, the month displayed on the time slider AND the months on the x-axis of the seasonal graph (if displayed) change immediately - before this change they either didn't update (x-axis) or had to be interacted with (slider).
