Changes to enable migration to production datalabs hosting and a vulnerability fix

Updated text mainly on DataLabs documentation page

Added OS attribution to leaflet map

Adujsted the hard coded search term in the facet searching for the emissions option, which was picking up a notebook too

- added notebook metadata view to the metadata page
- added lots more metadata fields to the metadata view
- if the metadata being viewed is for a preprepared emissions dataset, then the Download button links to the emissions download page.

- added facet searching to the search page, plus some text
- added download button and download url copy to metadata page
- fixed an react infinite loop type bug hitting the metadata page
- fixed a moment.js high vulnerablity alert
- finished the first version of the API documentation
- finished the first version of the Datalabs documentation, with links into a working Datalabs notebook, also available via a UKEMS Github public repo
- made map on download page a bit shorter to make demonstration (and general interaction?) easier

Mostly added documentation, lots, for API and Datalabs, plus API now added to home page.  Usual updates to style.

Cookie val now removed from download url to make it nicer for public api, added lots more api help but still incomplete, style changes and other text changes.  Also swapped east and west input boxes around on download page since they were visually in the wrong places

This adds the spatial and temporal subsetting to the download page.  There is also a url 'copy to clipboard' too, and the start of an API documentation page.

A development fix has been removed to make the web-app totally dependent on metadata from the catalogue

Added spinner and behaviour to Download button

This adds the new netcdf download functionality above the map that allows the user to choose a pollutant, snap sector, and (if the snap sector supports it - currently only road transport) detailed options (eg vehicle types and driving activity).

Added the point source layer to the timeseries map and removed any links to the stand alone point source map.  So the mapping is now all gridded 1km timeseries with a marker cluster point source overlay that can be toggled on and off.

The home page now has a Downloads placeholder panel for the future download functionality, which replaces the point source panel previously there.

Stack info has now been integrated into the timeseries map as another layer that can be toggled on and off.

Web-app now displays the new format grid map with snapid's.  Also, the point source map has cluster markers.

3 changes:
- reverted a spatialRepresentationType from 'textTable' back to 'table'
- added hard coded metadata for workshop
- added erdapp download for NAEI point sources, just above the map

Added additions for workshop:
- Snap selection for total emissions download on home page
- A subset download on the explore timeseries page

- force an emissions timeseries map to intitialise with a pollutant and all details selected - so no longer able to map the activity data and it also means the units are always units of emission
- prevented redundant calls to the legendemissions endpoint, which put unnecessary strain on the api
- a pollutant is selected by default if there is only one for the dataset, also fixed an edge case where a colour cant be looked up when colouring a timeseries on a map and resulted in an undefined error - fixed
- added a hover colour to the embedded chart bars
- some minor style changes to opacity slider on map and hover border on download multiselect
