Point visualisation

Jonathan Cooper requested to merge DUKEMS-145-point-visualisation into master

The dataset visualisation is now dependent on the dataset type, as identified by 'ident' in its catalogue metadata. In addition to the grid-timeseries visualisation, a point dataset visualisation has been added. This has a map of points for the dataset that is clickable to select points and view their attribute data in a table.
